All sales are final, as each blind will be created based on your window's measurements, so please ensure you take a look at our instructions before purchasing. When we measure, we do so based on your blinds being mounted on the inside of your window frame. Please contact us if you need help at any point in the purchasing/installing process.

If you're planning on keeping your shades closed, please open them every other day to maintain the elasticity of the cords.
