Our store location is your home or office space. It is only here that we can achieve the best results possible. We are a company that brings our samples directly to your house in order to best match your décor and measurements.
Pricing
"Why are prices not listed on your website?"
Due to the fact that window sizes vary within a house and that each of our blinds and shutters are custom made, we cannot list prices online, as no two orders are the same. Since the blinds are custom made for your windows, all sales are final.
Service Area
"Do you only serve Calgary?"
Our sales representative and installer work with you directly in your space, whether that is in Calgary or its surrounding areas of Airdrie, Chestermere, Canmore, Strathmore, Olds, Okotoks, and others.
Consultation
"Is there a cost for your consultation?"
Based on a minimum of three windows that require measurements, our consultation fee is free. If you have less than three windows, our consultation fee is $125.
Installation
"How much are your installation fees?"
Based on a minimum of three window treatments, our installation fee is free. If you have less than three windows, our installation fee is $125. Other conditions apply.
Time to Install
"How long does it take to install?"
After our sales representative puts the order through to one of our manufacturers, the process takes 3 to 5 weeks. This includes the costomized creation of the blinds/shutters and shipping.
Payment
"How can I pay for my blinds/shutters?"
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express to pay for your order.
Warranty
"What is your warranty like?"
We have a limited lifetime warranty, with varying conditions. Our warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or improper installation or re-installation (our installer will cover the basics on how to use and maintain your blinds before the job is complete).
Hours
"What are your hours?"
Our office is open to receive phone calls and emails between 9am - 6pm Monday - Saturday. When we receive your blinds, our installer is available to install between 9am - 5pm Monday - Saturday.
